For the part of you that knows you're worth tending.
Not a program. A practice.
No videos. No headphones. Just thoughtful, text-based lessons and reflections you can do anytime, anywhere.
Your journey to transformation starts here.
You've given so much to everyone else. It's time to carve out some space, just for you.
You don't have time to spare. But despite your exhaustion, your overwhelm, your endless to-do list, you want to carve out a little space... just a little.. to spend time getting to know your inner self.
Not because you feel like this is another should on your list.
But simply because you want to.
Because you're an interesting, deep, fascinating person– and it's been an absurdly long time since you've spent any quality time with yourself whatsoever.

You're tired of trying so hard.
You’ve tried the yoga, the meditation apps, the therapy, but you’re still secretly annoyed at yourself. This is for the part of you that doesn’t play nice—and never will. You tell everyone you’re fine, but you’re exhausted from holding it together.
You can’t manifest your way out of your shadow. You have to meet it.

Shadow work for exhausted folks
You want to make time to listen to your inner voice. To finally find some clarity and attunement. But you're not sure where to start.
And you don't have time in your overstuffed Google calendar to give yourself a week-long trip to a silent retreat (no matter how tempting that may sound).
You can barely even keep up that five-minute daily meditation practice you valiantly keep trying to maintain.
There's a way to fit inner work into your everyday life.
Depth psychology can help.

🍃 Depth psychology helps us make ourselves conscious of our unconscious selves.
Depth psychology is field of psychology grounded in the work of psychiatrist C. G. Jung, and expanded upon by generations of Jungian analysts and Jungian psychologists, such as Jean Shinoda Bolen, James Hillman, John A. Sanford, and Connie Zweig.
The foundational belief of depth psychology is that human beings are able to live life more fully and authentically (or in Jungian terminology, become individuated and integrated) when they learn to become aware of the unconscious inner patterns that drive their decision making and the ways they relate to others. When you recognize a pattern (bringing it from the unconscious mind into the conscious mind), you're better able to realize why you make certain decisions, have the same fights over and over, and seem to run up against the same recurrent issues over and over again, despite moving, changing jobs, or changing partners.
Spending time doing depth work is an investment in knowing yourself better, learning to welcome and integrate all of your competing and inner parts, and start showing up in the world as your full, authentic self.
Introducing The Haven by Quiet Depth
Take your growth to the next level.
You're already doing therapy with a trusted therapist, but you're ready to commit to deepening your self-knowledge beyond an hour a week.
But taking on the task of figuring out what shadow work is, and how to actually do it, is not something you have the time to DIY right now. You don't have time to spend hours going down rabbit holes on Pinterest on YouTube, or reading intimidating textbooks full of technical terminology. You don't need lengthy, esoteric videos with people pontificating on the finer points of Jungian theory that in no way affects your life. You also don't need shiny, edited videos from shiny influencers tossing glossy locks and telling you that 👏 shadow work ✨ changed 👏 my ✨ life 👏
You're looking for a practical way to apply the insights of depth psychology to your everyday life.

Here are some transformations waiting for you inside The Haven by Quiet Depth...
Doing inner work with depth psychology gives you tools for growth.

🌿 Face transitions with greater calm and clarity
Life is full of endings and new beginnings. When you spend time getting to know your inner self, you'll be able to more clearly name the losses in each transition, and meet these challenging times with greater equanimity.

🖤 Make peace with your shadow side
We all have a shadow side, it's human nature. Our shadow selves aren't something to be fought– they're something to be understood, welcomed, and integrated.

🌀 Learn the gentle art of discernment
You make dozens of decisions every day. But only some of them keep you up at night. When you spend time getting to know your inner self, you'll learn how to make wise decisions grounded in what you truly value.

☕️ Reduce (inner and outer) conflict
You know those fights you keep having over and over, with your boss, your room-mate, your partner? Even worse, remember those internal conflicts you keep having over and over again with yourself? Using insights from depth psychology, you'll learn to identify old patterns and assumptions, and move beyond these well-grooved neural pathways into a new perspective.

📚 About The Haven by Quiet Depth
Not another app full of endless meditations.
Not a giant course you’ll feel guilty for not finishing.
This is bite-sized, beautifully written guidance — crafted to meet you in the quiet corners of your day.
Most subscriptions in the wellness world give you more: more videos to watch, more recordings to stream, more content you’ll promise yourself you’ll “get to later.”
This isn’t that.
Instead, this membership is deliberately pared back: text-based reflections and practices, tucked into simple daily or weekly rhythms. Think of it as a collection of small written invitations — like having a trusted, wise friend send you a note just when you need it.
You can read them over your morning tea, on a lunch break, or while waiting in the carpool line. No headphones required. No “catching up.” Just words that help you pause, soften, and find your footing.
🪴 What makes The Haven different?
- Text, not video. You can take time to work on yourself anytime, anywhere. No need for earbuds, multi-screens, or silence.
- Bite-sized, not binge-sized. Each text-based lesson takes just a few minutes a day, designed to actually fit into your life. Have a few more moments today? Go further. Work at your own pace.
- Grounded in clinical depth psychology + self-compassion work. Zero-woo, but lots of space and sensitivity.
- Less, but better. Ditch the analysis paralysis and overwhelm. A few, intentionally curated practices for you to follow on your own rhythms. Not a never-ending warehouse of endless scroll.

Meet your instructor
Hi! I'm Anna Worthing, depth psychotherapist and creator of Quiet Depth
🛋️ I’ve spent years helping people uncover the hidden parts of themselves—the patterns, the shadows, the inner critics—while juggling a full schedule and task list. I know what it’s like to crave transformation but feel like you don’t have the hours to spare.
🫖 That’s why every lesson in this course is short, text-based, and immediately usable. You can read through the course modules on your lunch break, with a cup of tea, or in the quiet moments before bed.
🪴 My hope is simple: to give you tools that actually fit into your real life, so you can meet your hidden self, let go of what’s holding you back, and step into each season a little lighter, a little freer, and more authentically yourself.
