Hi! I'm Anna Worthing, depth psychotherapist and creator of Quiet Depth
I’ve spent years helping people uncover the hidden parts of themselves—the patterns, the shadows, the inner critics—while juggling a full schedule and lengthy to-do list.
I understand: your to-do list is endless. You have far too many tasks and responsibilities as it is. Carving out time for inner work can feel like just another impossible task on your list.
That’s why I designed this course to fit comfortably into the overstuffed schedule of your life. I deliberately designed these micro-courses to be short, text-based, and practical.
